Install App without Wifi

Cyder is a tool designed to run on Windows where you can manage sources (from Cydia), pull applications directly to your computer and install the iPod touch / iPhone via USB. Thus it becomes unnecessary to install a Wifi connection applications from Cydia.

Soon will come out also InstallerApp, an application that has the same goal but for sources and Installer apps.
