Jailbreak 3.1.3 via Sn0wbreeze

Has just been released by iH8sn0w a new version of its jailbreak tool called Sn0wbreeze for PC users with Windows, and he says that this tool is for the following functional iPhones: iPhone EDGE or Classic, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3G S (supported with the old iBoot), ie S 3G iPhones that have been made until October 2009.
Before you begin, download the following files: Sn0wbreeze 3.1.3 and 3.1.3 original firmware . And before proceeding, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed.

This tool does not update the baseband, that is to say: you have firmware 3.1.3 installed on your iPhone, but with the same baseband firmware 3.1.2.

1. Open Sn0wbreeze, remembering to run as administrator in Windows XP, Vista and 7, for this just click the right mouse button over the icon and select run as administrator, after that connect your gadget to your computer via USB and you see the following screen:

2. Right-click on the blue arrow to proceed to the next screen, where you can choose between simple mode or expert mode, click on the expert mode to continue.

3. The next step is to choose your firmware, click browse and select the version you downloaded earlier, and then click to open, the program automatically detects the Sn0wbreeze gadget that will be done the jailbreak process, done that, click.

4. Now you will have the option to customize the firmware installed on your gadget. Choose the General option and proceed.

5. Next screen:

6. Now the version that will unlock your iPhone for use on all carriers. Notice is a method for the iPhone EDGE and the other is designed for 3G and 3G iPhones. Do not choose the wrong model!

7. On the next screen, you will select a mirror of your choice: Cydia or RockApp. I use and recommend Cydia, but the choice is up to you.

8. You can choose packages that will be included in your firmware, or skip this part if you want to do a clean install.

9. On the next screen, you can choose what you want to use as a boot image from your iPhone: a custom boot logo, a logo of recovery mode or even opt for verbose boot where the boot process will be displayed in detail. If you choose a custom image, it must be in PNG format with size 320 × 480 and have a maximum of 100kb.

update: it must contain at least one transparent pixel.

10. Ready! Now just now proceed to create the firmware, click Build IPSW. You can follow the process as well as shows this picture:

11. Wait for the program to terminate the process (which may take a few minuos) and then click Next.

12. Now it's time to put your iPhone into DFU mode (or restore mode). If you do not know how to do this, here's a quick guide below:

How to put in DFU mode:

a) Turn off your gadget, when connected to the PC;

b) Hold power and home buttons together for 10 seconds, then release the power and continue holding the home button only.

How to put in recovery mode:

a) Hold power and home buttons together until they appear on the screen of your gadget, the image of the USB cable and iTunes icon, during this stage your gadget will close several times, keep pressing the buttons until the picture described.

13. Now open iTunes and a message appears saying that there is an iPhone in recovery mode, click OK to proceed.

14. On the screen that is displayed in iTunes (with information from your iPhone) you should hold the Shift key on your keyboard and give a click on restore. Locate the firmware file you just created and confirm the restore. The file name is the type Sn0wbreeze_iPhone_XXX.

15. Wait a few minutes and you have upgraded your iPhone with firmware 3.1.3 Unlock and jailbreak and installed!

    I'm not able to jailbreak, Sn0wbreeze 3.1.3 and downloaded the original 3.1.3 firmware for the links here, I'm able to run Sn0wbreeze, but time to do it open the original 3.1.3 firmware, it does not find any files to open, what am I doing wrong? Or is missing in this download ipsw file I made?

    I managed to unlock it, my file was saved as *. Rar, sent only to save as *. Ipsw, but no more phone, my iPhone became an iPod Touch ... help ... lol ... lol ... I'll try redsn0w ...
