StatusNotifier

Who likes to tinker too much with your device should already have received some email and did not notice. That's because Apple just add a small red indicator on the top right of an icon of SpringBoard, and a sound.

The StatusNotifier adds new icons on the StatusBar, in addition to existing ones like alarm among others. StatusBar, for those unaware, is that little bar that sits on top of the screen, where is the time, battery and the name "iPod" (name of service provider for those with iPhone).

The StatusNotifier also allows some configurations can be modified. It added a new category in Preferences.app.

-> Notifications: Enables and disables the StatusBar icons (requires a respring to complete the change);

-> Reminder Options: Determines the time between notification and the option to enable and disable the sounds.

-> Reminders: Enables and disables the application of repeated notifications.

The StatusNotifier is found in Cydia source in the ModMyi (native Cydia).
